How we protect your money and your data
Trust is built into the product. Below is exactly what we do, with no promises we cannot keep.
The money
- The brand pays at acceptance and the amount stays with the platform until the delivery is approved.
- You can see the full record of every payment in your account at any time.
- Creators are paid automatically on Tuesdays and Fridays. If bank details are missing, the money waits in the account and is never lost.
The contracts
- The framework agreement is accepted at sign-up. Each project gets its own annex, accepted separately.
- Every acceptance is saved with the date and time in a version that can no longer be changed.
- You can download contracts and annexes as PDF from your account folder at any time.
Privacy
- The public profile shows the first name, city, niches, portfolio and rating. The creator's personal details stay private.
- Messages, files and feedback stay in the platform next to each project.
- Products reach the creator by courier with a label generated by the platform. Their address stays private.
The data
- Servers and files are in the European Union.
- Data access is separated by organization at the database level.
- You can export or delete your data under GDPR.
