Pricing questions
Do I need a subscription to order?
No. On the Free plan you use everything essential and pay only for the projects you order.
What do preferential prices mean?
With Pro or Agency, every creator has a lower price for you. You see it right in the catalog and at checkout, as a final price, with no math.
How do I pay for the subscription?
By bank transfer, from the proforma in your account. The plan starts once we confirm the payment, and the invoice is sent automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Turn off renewal in Settings and the plan runs until the end of the paid period.
What happens to started projects when I change plans?
They keep the price they started with. The new plan applies to new projects.
Do creators pay anything?
No. The platform is free for creators.
